ARCHITECT BUILDING LEAD
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years experiences in oil & gas industry
- Understand how to prepare building layout, which combine the requirement from electrical, instrument, telecom and control
- Has strong knowledge on the offshore building material
- Has strong knowledge on the code and standard related to offshore building

SITE LIFTING COMPETENT PERSON (LIFTING ENGINEER)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in any engineering disciplines
- Having min. 10 years experiences in oil & gas
- Having one of these License:
· OPITO LCP Assessment
· EAL Certificate of Competency Level 2 A+B+C
· ECITB Level 3 Moving Loads Appointed Person
· CPCS Appointed Person (onshore Crane Operations)
Roles:
- Documented training and competence to plan and perform lifting operations to the level defined within this Procedure.
- Shall have knowledge and experience to visually inspect lifting equipment its continued fitness for use.
- Responsible for:
* Lifting plans and risk assessments
* Advising others on preparation of lifting plans
* Checking whether the categorization and technical content of lifting plans is correct
* Approving lifting plans prior to submission for authorization by the Site Lifting Co-coordinator
* Execute lifting operations safety and in conformance with this Procedure & local legislation
